Placing an order

When you place an order you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Pentobarbital Online is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we can’t deliver to your address, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

We take care to make sure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of something you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you to ask whether you’d like to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Our products

Pentobarbital Online products are Barbiturates. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be used without doctor’s approval.

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not exceed the stated serving.
• Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
• Keep out of the reach of children.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from what is shown, but the product you receive will match its description.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping & returns policy and shown at checkout. Responsibility for the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

You may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. If a product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Full details are in our Shipping & returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supply shortages. If this happens we’ll let you know and do what we can to minimise the impact, including offering a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Pentobarbital Online is registered. If you have a concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
